1998 – Today CINRAM France / GAILLON & LOUVIERS

• DVD manufacturing, distribution and specialty packaging.

• Quality management system manager for France. Safety and Security manager for Distribution site. Anti-piracy manager.Quality Tasks: Set up a quality system in order to improve the customer satisfaction. In relation with that first step I was in charge in the last quarter 2004 to develop a project plan for the implementation of the ISO 9001 for the two sites of Cinram in France. Definition and implementation of the quality policy. Reporting to the top management and to the group regarding the efficiency of the Quality management system. Management ISO representative for France. Contact with customer for compliance or question regarding the quality organization. Supplier audits, processes audits and system audits (IRCA certified auditor see Education and training)

• Security / Safety Tasks: In charge of the definition of the security and safety policies in compliance with the laws and the group policy. Implementation of procedures, instructions, improvement of the sureness of the products in relation with the customer requirements and group policy. Improvement of the safety conditions in accordance with local laws, governing bodies recommendations and internal work council.

• Anti piracy tasks: With the help of local governing bodies and the advices of our customer, looking for solution in order to fight against the Internet piracy and counterfeiting. Implementation of Anti-piracy program developed by IRMA (International Recording Media Association).

Results:

• Reduction of 20 % by year of the customer compliances.

• Decreasing of the work accidents of 10 % per year.

• Increasing the sureness of our products in accordance with the customer rules (proved by external audits from the customer).

• IRMA Anti-piracy certification acquired for the both sites in June 2003

• ISO 9001 V 2000 acquired for the both sites in June 2006.

1996–1998 UNIVERSAL LOUVIERS

Tasks: Implementation of the ISO 9002 plan and procedures. In charge of quality training in production and management about the quality system rules. Definition of the quality policy. Procedures set up for services and auditing. Root cause analysis system implementation.

1993–1996 STE EUROPENNE de PROPULSION VERNON

• Design, development and manufacturing of rocket engines for Ariane IV and V.

• Quality Insurance of cryotechnic engine Ariane IV.

Tasks: Implementation of the quality insurance documentation in accordance with the technical specification relating to each rocket launching program. Documentation including testing of assembly and telemetry. Non conformance analysis and root cause group management. Corrective action plan implementation. Specific inspection and control definition and implementation (using different equipment). AMDEC animator. Customer configuration analysis before integration on the launcher.
