• Reduced processing time of Quarterly Reports to the Department of Energy from 20 Days to 3 Days and improved delivery on MTEF, PFMA, ENE, Shareholders Compact and Annual reports.
• Developed a project prioritisation matrix to align with corporate strategic objectives
• Aligned business planning with National Treasury schedule
• Created IDP's for GE's in line with the Balanced Scorecard and Corporate Balanced Scorecard
• Aligned all 33 Departments to the Corporate Balanced Scorecard
