? LEAN, DMAIC (6 Sigma) and Toyota Business Practices application to implement process strategies, in order to achieve business goals.
Main Accomplishments:
? Optimization of the foreign trade process for one of the biggest Wood Company, with a complete re definition of processes, reduction in lead time and partnerships to provide logistics services.
? S&OP entire cycle implementation in an optical segment company, with effective synergies among Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and Commercial Areas.
? Standardization of the Physical Logistics Operations through the implementation and deployment of an Operations Manual on Physical Logistics Centers and Port Terminals.

ESSILOR (2014 - 2016)

LatAm Regional Leader for Supply Chain and Sourcing & Procurement report to Global SCM VP and Global CPO
Responsible for the 4 Sub Regions: Brasil, Southern Cone, Mexico and Norhern Cone with more than 40 Companies.
Global revenue of EUR $ 6,7 bn, 50.000 employees, present in more than 100 countries and leader on the optical segment with more than 160 years. Only in Brazil 4,000 employees, 25 companies and two plants.
Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the Supply Chain Management and its routines: Warehousing, Transportation, Importation and Exportation and Planning and its all KPIs. A big focus on the implementation of SOP Cycle.
• Reponsile for the Sourcing and Procurement Department with a total of purchase of EUR $ 200 Millions.
Main Accomplishments:
• Put in place the Regional Team. From hiring to the team qualification, always aligned with HQ guidelines.
• Implemented the Regional SOP Process totally integrated with Global Cycle.
• Re evaluated the transportation strategy and the definition of the Distribution Centers.
• Defined the flows to support new Plants and new Regional and Global Clients.
• Structured the Sourcing & Procurement Policy and the Governance model with its savings Projects agreed with HQ.
• Redefinition of several international flows with different suppliers, generating a better Finance result to the Region.

JPMORGAN (2008 - 2011)

Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the International SCM & Operations routines for the following clients :
o Johnson & Johnson Medical, Johnson & Johnson Consumer, TRW, Michelin
• Developed and implemented new businesses, with the leadership on the techno-commercial presentation, strategic client business plan support, making feasible the client platform growing more than 100% and a better market image.
Main Accomplishments:
• Re-Structure of the Operations Department with Departments organized by Center of Excellence.
• Reduction of 30% of the Head Count in first year with a cost reduction of US$ 0,5 Mio (US$ 324K in the second year).
• Higher client satisfaction with one Client receiving a national Award: Johnson & Johnson Medical.
• Delivered an OFF SHORING Project with the transference of a whole operation from Brazil to India, since hiring up to the new team training.
• Changed and managed the partnership with 3PLS, Critical Service Providers on routines, like custom brokers with Zero % of issues, and created multi-companies teams: Agents, Brokers, and Transportation Cos.
• Created and defined annual budget and managed monthly the costs and investments through a Finance Review Structure Implemented.
