On assignment at ODH Solutions (Otsuka Digital Health). ODH’s Mentrics© product offers customized views derived from behavioral health, physical health, and pharmacy data, as well as social determinants data, providing an analytics solution for member, quality, clinical, financial, and risk data.
In role of Technical Product Manager and acting Product Owner responsible for translating the product strategy into mid and short-term product development goals, managing and delivering roadmap, features, versions, and releases.
As Program Manager, managed the planning and governance across vendors, projects, and products, including creation of reporting toolset.
Led the roll-out of Agile and Scrum throughout the Commercial, Product Management and Development organizations.
In combined role of product manager and scrum master, enabled continuous software integration, resulting in an increase in frequency of software delivery to bi-weekly while at the same time reducing defect rate by a factor five.

Senior Program / Project Manager

Managed the transfer of the Movantik© speaker bureau from co-marketing partner AstraZeneca to Daiichi Sankyo. Accelerated the successful operationalization of the bureau, working with Legal and Compliance, Marketing Operations, and Cap Management functions at both companies, as well as third party vendors.

At Biogen, led the technology replacement (Documentum and Parexel) of the enterprise solution for review and management of regulatory submission content.

Led the technology aspects for the Biogen brand refresh for Research and Development IT.

For WellCare Health Plans, project managed report rationalization program. The team established an updated process for report requests, review, and approval, which lead to a reduction of daily reports by 80%.

Consulting Project Manager / Implementation Manager

Managed project delivery of Enterprise Healthcare Analytics (EHA) solutions at hospital systems and research institutions across the United States. Solutions integrated data from electronic medical records, clinical departmental systems, patient accounting, back office, research (genomics), and other source systems into a single comprehensive data model. Analytics use cases developed:
• Cost and Quality dashboard for Ascension Health
• Readmission for BayCare Health System
• Cardiology dashboard for NYU Langone Medical Center
• Translational research, combining clinical and research (genomics) data for the Mayo Clinic

Managed a global clinical data management and statistical programming environment project for Philip Morris International in Switzerland, enabling the customer to comply with increasingly strict health authority regulations with respect to clinical research results traceability and auditability.

For Roche / Genentech, managed international teams (Switzerland and US locations) from requirements gathering through implementation of next generation Oracle Clinical Data Center (statistical computing environment and data management environment).

As Program Manager for Bristol-Meyers Squibb, transformed the company’s product line into a compliant state by aligning health agency filings with current manufacturing practices. This $75M multi-year engagement directed over 130 full time employees across 10 global manufacturing sites, culminating in the submission of supplements, variations and common technical documents (CTDs) in the United States, across Europe, and Canada.
• Liased with other corporate initiatives to ensure program synergies (e.g., network rationalization, productivity transformation, divestments, eCTD)
• Re-designed and implemented executive metrics program to monitor risk, health and progress

PMO Manager
On assignment to Merck-Medco, the nation’s leading pharmacy benefit manager, coordinated several multi-functional installation teams responsible for implementing new clients.
• Established the project organization (team and infrastructure)
• Oversaw the development of installation guarantees, subject to performance penalties
• Managed and tracked project progress with respect to fixed end-date timelines
• Refined the PMO project management toolset
• Developed best practices and standardized the use of a methodology and tools within the organization

Led a team of 12 project managers that successfully implemented HIPAA transaction standards compliance at Merck-Medco against timelines mandated by the federal government.
• Managed inter- and intra divisional dependencies, and facilitated the change control function across business units
