In role of Technical Product Manager and acting Product Owner responsible for translating the product strategy into mid and short-term product development goals, managing and delivering roadmap, features, versions, and releases.
As Program Manager, managed the planning and governance across vendors, projects, and products, including creation of reporting toolset.
Led the roll-out of Agile and Scrum throughout the Commercial, Product Management and Development organizations.
In combined role of product manager and scrum master, enabled continuous software integration, resulting in an increase in frequency of software delivery to bi-weekly while at the same time reducing defect rate by a factor five.

Senior Program / Project Manager

Managed the transfer of the Movantik© speaker bureau from co-marketing partner AstraZeneca to Daiichi Sankyo. Accelerated the successful operationalization of the bureau, working with Legal and Compliance, Marketing Operations, and Cap Management functions at both companies, as well as third party vendors.

At Biogen, led the technology replacement (Documentum and Parexel) of the enterprise solution for review and management of regulatory submission content.

Led the technology aspects for the Biogen brand refresh for Research and Development IT.

For WellCare Health Plans, project managed report rationalization program. The team established an updated process for report requests, review, and approval, which lead to a reduction of daily reports by 80%.

Oracle Corp (2008 - 2014)

Consulting Project Manager / Implementation Manager

Managed project delivery of Enterprise Healthcare Analytics (EHA) solutions at hospital systems and research institutions across the United States. Solutions integrated data from electronic medical records, clinical departmental systems, patient accounting, back office, research (genomics), and other source systems into a single comprehensive data model.
