Short description
MBA, Master in Lean Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineer, Green Belt. More than 7 years of industry and 3 of consulting experience. I had the opportunity to work in companies that gave me experience in Leading teams, Management, Finance, Sales, Human Resources, PMBOK, FEL, Strategic planning, fundraising, Innovation and Processes design among others. My last experience was as General Manager of a chemical Industry. I have also worked as Management Consultant at Accenture, as Project Engineer and PMO at Chemtech, as Process Engineer at WEG, as Innovation Management Analyst at IEL/SC.
Experience
Chemical industry. General Manager, responsible for definition of strategies and head of Financial, Human Resources, Commercial, Fleet and Manufacturing areas. From the operational point of view, responsible for
external relations, cash flow, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract management, project management, selection and hiring of employees, elaboration of payroll, definition of benefits and other processes in the Human Resources area as well as Fleet management (vehicles purchases
and maintenance management) and Sales management (Goal setting, follow-up, follow-up meetings) among others. Able to improve sales at 300%.
Project Management, Project Management Office implementation, PMO, BPO, Process Design and optimization, data analysis and KPI management at Itaú, Porto Seguro, Louis Dreyfus, Itautec, OI and Huawei
PMO: both for Vale and Petrobrás Projects. For Vale I have worked on the management of DIID Automation projects Portfolio which budget was US$50M. For PETROBRAS I have worked on the management of a portfolio which budget was US$3M. I have helped to develop the management methodology and tools used for project monitoring and worked on physical and financial control, planning and execution support, data, performance and risks analysis as well as status report;
PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Elaboration of project schedules using Microsoft Project and project plans aiming at planning / detailing of the execution of engineering projects and feasibility studies, involving technical and managerial knowledge, among them FEL and PMBOK management methodologies;
5S PROGRAM: Implementation of a Lean Office, based on the concepts of Lean Manufacturing and Philosophy 5s, and coordination of the team involved on the search of improvements, directly involving about 10 people in different locations;
ENGINEERING: Field survey, search of technical solutions for engineering problems, elaboration and revision of conceptual, basic, feed and detailed engineering documents of Civil, Mechanics, Automation, Pipe, Electrical and Health and Safety disciplines as drawings, list of materials, cable routes, technical specifications, purchase requisitions and assembly and calculation memorials, among others, mainly for Vale and Petrobrás;
Development and coordination of projects, technical visits, implementation of innovation management tools, organization of workshops and training courses, fundraising through notices and partnerships. All these activities related to the implementation and dissemination of a systematic process of innovation management
Quality continuous search on the manufacturing process, workstations’ optimizations, buying of new equipment and investments’ return studies. My main activity was the Chinese plant-qualifying project for the production of electric rotor motors, in which I was responsible for the specification and buying of tools and equipment for the die casting area on a total of US$300.000, 00 investment.
Research, planning, implementation and coordination of human resources, quality programs, such as 5S, ISO, 5W2H, and events, in addition to external public attendance. My main activity was the implementation of the company` strategic planning.
Development of products, mainly of a micro controlled system (hardware and software) used for welding and / or plate cutting processes automation. Previously I have worked on the development of a methodology to define welding equipment’s thermal characteristics. I have used knowledge in electronics, mechanics and programming in C, C ++, Assembler, Pascal.

Work exchange in the USA: I lived in the USA for 5 months in order to learn a different culture and improve my knowledge of the English language. I have worked at a ski resort at the reception of clients and control of lifts that give access to the mountain and at a restaurant serving customers. I also took a one-week course in Business Management improvement at Accenture's training center in Chicago, IL.
