Short description

MBA, Master in Lean Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineer, Green Belt. More than 7 years of industry and 3 of consulting experience. I had the opportunity to work in companies that gave me experience in Leading teams, Management, Finance, Sales, Human Resources, PMBOK, FEL, Strategic planning, fundraising, Innovation and Processes design among others. My last experience was as General Manager of a chemical Industry. Chemtech – A Siemens Company (2008 - 2011)

PMO: both for Vale and Petrobrás Projects. For Vale I have worked on the management of DIID Automation projects Portfolio which budget was US$50M. For PETROBRAS I have worked on the management of a portfolio which budget was US$3M. I have helped to develop the management methodology and tools used for project monitoring and worked on physical and financial control, planning and execution support, data, performance and risks analysis as well as status report;

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Elaboration of project schedules using Microsoft Project and project plans aiming at planning / detailing of the execution of engineering projects and feasibility studies, involving technical and managerial knowledge, among them FEL and PMBOK management methodologies;

5S PROGRAM: Implementation of a Lean Office, based on the concepts of Lean Manufacturing and Philosophy 5s, and coordination of the team involved on the search of improvements, directly involving about 10 people in different locations;

Weg (2005 - 2006)

Quality continuous search on the manufacturing process, workstations’ optimizations, buying of new equipment and investments’ return studies. My main activity was the Chinese plant-qualifying project for the production of electric rotor motors, in which I was responsible for the specification and buying of tools and equipment for the die casting area on a total of US$300.000, 00 investment.

EMCjr - Junior Company of UFSC`s mechanical engineering graduation (2004 - 2005)

Research, planning, implementation and coordination of human resources, quality programs, such as 5S, ISO, 5W2H, and events, in addition to external public attendance. My main activity was the implementation of the company` strategic planning.

Labsolda - Mechatronics and Welding Laboratory of UFSC (2002 - 2004)

Development of products, mainly of a micro controlled system (hardware and software) used for welding and / or plate cutting processes automation. Previously I have worked on the development of a methodology to define welding equipment’s thermal characteristics. I have used knowledge in electronics, mechanics and programming in C, C ++, Assembler, Pascal.

Work exchange in the USA: I lived in the USA for 5 months in order to learn a different culture and improve my knowledge of the English language. I have worked at a ski resort at the reception of clients and control of lifts that give access to the mountain and at a restaurant serving customers. I also took a one-week course in Business Management improvement at Accenture's training center in Chicago, IL.
