Organisation Design: Kellogg’s: South Africa, Johannesburg
• Lebogang was responsible for drafting and executing the strategy in collaboration with Kellogg’s Asia Pacific of outsourcing the payroll. She was also responsible for drafting the as-is and to-be processes for the supply chain.
• Lebogang managed the stakeholders up to EXCO namely the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Organisation Design: Mondelez, United Arab Emirates, Dubai
• Lebogang was seconded to Dubai for three months to execute the organisation design of 2 major divisions across Europe, the Middle East and Africa region namely Research and Development and Strategy.
• Her key responsibilities included building the cost modelling and designing the org structures for these two divisions with scenarios for Poland, Russia and Dubai.




HR Consultant, Telkom Group: South Africa, Pretoria
• Lebogang was responsible for managing a team to execute the organisation design of 7of the 9 business units within Telkom Group and building over 100 Job descriptions.
• Lebogang was also responsible for change management, supervising two change analysts and acting as the Subject Matter Expert. She supervised a team comprised of Human Resource representatives within Telkom and a team of analysts within Accenture.

• Lebogang was responsible for building a Capacity Modelling to determine the number of resources required at Post Office based on industry benchmarks for Post Offices around the world.

• Lebogang was responsible for the customer journey and well as business requirements documentation of potential partner selections for Discovery Vitality across 6 South Asian countries. She was responsible for the project management across the 6 diverse South East Asian countries. Managed a team of research analysts to assist with partner selection research.
• Lebogang worked in conjunction with the joint venture company AIA to expand Vitality health into South East Asia. • Lebogang was responsible for crafting the change management solution alongside key account lead managing director for Transnet’s Market Demand Strategy proposal which focuses on R300bn capital investment programme.
• Her key responsibilities included identifying the issues within Transnet and identify Accenture change management methodologies, tools and templates that can be utilised by Transnet to move them from issue to outcome.



Organisational Design Consultant, Volkswagen Training Academy: South Africa, Pretoria
• Lebogang was part of the team were responsible with the transition of Volkswagen Training Academy to Accenture Outsourcing division.
• Her key responsibilities included the knowledge transfer, as-is and to-be process mapping and managing of a team consisting of process and improvement analysts. She was also responsible for up skilling business interlock between Accenture and VW’s Quality Manager.

• Lebogang assisted with complex change management within the core banking transformation division with multiple business releases simultaneously. Her key responsibilities included driving and developing the communications strategy, building the change partner network and stakeholder management.
• Lebogang was responsible for developing and managing change analysts within the Bank to assist in the implementation of the communications strategy. Lebo managed key stakeholders within the Inclusive banking level working mainly with EXCO members. Workforce Transition Analyst, Restructuring and SAP Implementation at Exxaro: South Africa, Pretoria and Delmas
• Lebogang assisted to transition Exxaro’s operating model and solution into production. She was rresponsible for the central staffing process with functional team providing inputs on request.
• Lebogang managed a team consisting of a consultant, Accenture talent analysts and temporary staff. She managed filing system for over 9000 positions including group executive level.
