Short description

My resume is a chronological depiction of TPS/Lean philosophy and methodologies learned, taught, coached, and implemented through the course of 25+ years across a varied and diverse business landscape from automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, and oil and gas. My drivers are the diversity of humanity I've had the opportunity to work with and the chance to teach them how to improve their work environment and also themselves through empowerment. That challenge and gratification are inextricably intertwined...and most of all "I Love" what I do...changing people's lives in a positive capacity!
