• Spearheaded development of the export market in North America, South America and Europe and managed subsidiaries across the US, Canada and South Africa
• Defined and drove marketing strategy, and managed product development, of overhead and new energies, boosting sales year on year by between 5% and 17%
• Served as an active participating member of the Group Strategic Committee including preparing the 3-year business plan
• Led and managed renewable energy development, working collaboratively across the Group to create and promote the Group’s offering in renewable energy
• Managed the smooth integration of newly-purchased subsidiaries

• Turned around a subsidiary that was bordering on bankruptcy by completing restructuring the business, reorganising the company, and providing full hands-on operational management and Group reporting
