The same for a full-automated unit of nitro-glycerine production for Ariane boosters.The same for a centralised monitoring system for the whole plant.

• Create and develop the engineering department constituted of people coming from different departments in the company, targeting to honour the first order placed by Total (oil industry) at a very short deadline.Supply chain technical and financial management for design, engineering, manufacturing, implementation, tests and maintenance of energy generators (electricity, water, gas) for oil industry, defence, industry and services, from product marketing and sales assistance up to after sales customer service.Increase of T/O about 30 % in 2 yearsA concurrent engineering organisation has been implemented in the department.On schedule delivery to Total, and fully in accordance with the specifications.

• In charge of all measurement and control equipment of the Peugeot Company  "Flexible Production Prototype Machining Unit" at Meudon:Project management assistance (methodology, organisation, information system). Manage technically (engineering, development, logistics) the process computerisation and automation, from production unit specifications up to customer acceptance.Design and develop new technology cutting process control devices.Developed and installed the first full-automated " Flexible Manufacturing System " in France.Developed and installed very numerous technological innovations: This workshop was a model for FMS over many years.
